Bright Auctions offers agents the opportunity to pre-register their client and receive a commission upon a successful purchase through the auction platform.

Buyer’s agents may pre-register their client. If the client becomes the highest bidder and the transaction is successfully completed, the agent will receive a 2% commission on the highest bid.

How it works for agents:

  1. You register your client via the registration form
  2. Bright Auctions verifies that the client is new to the platform
  3. Upon approval, both agent and client receive written confirmation
  4. The client places a bid on Bright Auctions
  5. If the client is the highest bidder and completion takes place, the agent receives a 2% commission

  • The client must not have been previously registered with Bright Auctions.

  • Only the first registering agent is entitled to commission.

  • The email address used to submit the winning bid via the platform shall be decisive.

  • Registration is only valid after written confirmation by Bright Auctions.

  • This arrangement is subject to the general terms and conditions of Bright Auctions.
