Bright Auctions is organising an exclusive auction of a characterful country house in Ireland, suitable as a private residence, second home or investment property.

Buyer’s agents may pre-register their client. If the client becomes the highest bidder and the property is successfully completed, the agent will receive a 2% commission on the highest bid.

Bright Auctions verifies that the client is new to the platform
Upon approval, both agent and client receive written confirmation
The client places a bid on Bright Auctions
If the client is the highest bidder and completion takes place, the agent receives a 2% commission

Conditions & Confirmation

- The client must not be previously registered with Bright Auctions

- Only the first registering agent is entitled to commission

- The email address used for bidding is decisive

- Registration is only final after written confirmation by Bright Auctions

Both agent and client will receive confirmation after registration. No rights can be derived from the registration without written confirmation from Bright Auctions.
